Taylor Made Inspection Service was started in 2014 and since then has done over 1,900 inspections throughout the state of Arizona. We pride ourselves on customer service, when it comes to scheduling, educating the clients, providing timely report response, and assisting Real Estate Professionals in every way. Patrick Taylor, the owner, and inspector is happy to help with any personalized requests. Patrick has a knack for explaining difficult issues to clients, that do arise more often than not.

Patrick is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, American Society of Home Inspectors - AZ Chapter. As well as local real estate organization, Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors, affiliate members.

Patrick is a native Californian who moved to Arizona in 2004 to attend Arizona State University. Now residing in Chandler, Arizona with his wife and dogs, he very much enjoys the home inspection industry and the amazing benefits it offers. Looking forward to meeting you!
